 Teak (Tectona Grandis) is unique and durable timber that has been used 
for many years. Its immense strength related to its higher oil content 
prevent the warping and protects from the most extreme weather condition.
     Indonesia is well known for its richness of natural resources and one 
of them is its large tropical forest where teak plantation can be developed.


  
    The Java island is one of the island in Indonesia, which has very large 
teak plantations and produce the best quality teak in Indonesia and even, 
 as we believe, in the world.
                   
    Some countries, however, have benefited from seedling and at present 
have considerable plantation managed on sustain yield principles under 
the government control as stated by state owned forest enterprise (Perum 
      Perhutani) that all products are made of wood got from well managed 
forest based on sustained principles.
    It becomes our policy that all teak used in our production is sourced 
from sustainable recources in order to guarantee the environmental 
balance that is so important for exporting countries.

   Our existence in Indonesia is an advantage for us to obtain high quality teak.
      Even so we still have to select them, we only choose the Java teak coming 
from the regions which proved to be the best material before going 
                      through our quality control process.
